Today has been a day from hell. It started last night with Josh's computer acting stupid and noisy and waking up the baby at midnight or so. I got up turned the damn thing off completely so what does Josh do at 0600??? He comes into the computer room and turns it on and it makes all kinds of noise. He wakes the baby up again. I get him to finally go back to sleep for a couple of hours so I can get some rest. 0930 rolls around and we are up and moving. I take him across the street to the neighbors house for a couple of hours so I can get some school work done. Feels like I haven't gotten a damn thing done in the two hours I was sitting here listening to online lectures and attempting to take notes. Of course my first online class is Biology so I'm like WTF is this. Unfortunately the book and the video lectures don't seem to co relate very well.
Tonight is my second seminar class. I'm hoping that I have a decent grasp of the concepts of this unit to put up discussions on the discussion board. It's almost 1400 and I'm trying to get my six month old son to take a damn nap and he is exhausted and rubbing his eyes but REFUSES to fall asleep. He just spent the last half hour or so crying and carrying on so I gave him a bottle and he drank some of the bottle and now he's busy chattering and 'talking' to no one in particular. I keep hoping he will drift off to sleep soon so I can maybe catch a nap.
I think I'm going to work it out with the neighbor across the street to watch Eric for a couple of hours each week so I can have the house to myself during the day to try and study and get school work done. The silence earlier was a big help in allowing me to focus.
Yay!!!! Hubby saved the day its almost 1500 and he's taken the lil guy out computer shopping with him. How great is that??? This is where I watch my soap and then take a shower. Ah life is GREAT!!!! It's the little things in life that make me so happy.
